Take this morning to align your body, mind, and heart.

Start the morning mindfully with a strengthening workout led by barre3 followed by a complimentary fresh mimosa or juice.

Experience the Brain Performance Center’s Brain Cap with 19 built-in sensors to pick up the electrical activity going on in your brain. Clinical director Leigh Richardson will walk you through the activity in your brain to help you identify and manage stress and anxiety.

A $25 ticket includes:

About Brain Performance Center : The Brain Performance Center is a behavioral health center dedicated to improving all aspects of brain health with individualized, innovative and quality care. They are located in Dallas, Texas.

About Leigh Richardson, MS, LPC, NCC, BCN, BCB, BCIA Associate Fellow, Clinical Director Leigh has spent her educational and professional career learning human behavior. Her focus shifted in 2002, to understanding the role the brain plays in human behavior, and how behavior can be modified with the use of neurofeedback and biofeedback. Leigh holds a Master of Science in Counselling from the University of North Texas and is working to integrate cognitive behavioral therapy into the treatment programs for many clients.
Leigh completed her didactic training for neurofeedback at the University of North Texas. She completed her internship with a nationally recognized neurologist and pioneer in the field of Neurotherapy, Dr. Jonathan Walker, M.D., who has studied, researched and taught for 35 years. In 2004, while working with Dr. Walker as a neurotherapist, Leigh received her BCIA, EEG board certification. In April 2009, Leigh opened The Brain Performance Center, adding the BCIA Biofeedback board certification, and Wellness Coaching board certification to the practice. The center added cognitive behavioral therapy in 2014.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: When severe weather conditions exist in close proximity to Legacy Hall, we may choose to delay a performance for an hour or more, before deciding to cancel or proceed. The Box Garden stage is an outdoor venue and is not covered. Guest safety is our primary concern. If weather conditions dictate, we may have to cancel a show. We encourage all Legacy Hall guests to dress for potential weather changes. Umbrellas are not admitted in the venue during concerts.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS: No outside food or drinks are allowed. Exceptions are made for the dietary needs of infants, medical determinations and homemade desserts for special celebrations (ex.: birthdays).

HEY PARENTS! Please know that you and your children’s safety is our top priority. Therefore, we respectfully ask that children are accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES in Legacy Hall and the Box Garden. There is no running (races, tag, climbing, etc.), throwing objects, pushing…you know the drill. Let’s be safe and have fun!
