There are three FREE parking garages with five stories as well as a valet stand on Winthrop St. and another by Parking Garage K. VALET is located on the South side of Legacy Hall next to the Haywire restaurant and is complimentary with limited availability. This parking map may help you plan your visit:
There is not a DART Train Station within walking distance, however there are several DART Bus Stops within walking distance. To plan your visit please visit:

DART Route from Richardson, Addison and Plano: When taking the Dart rail, take the red line route until you reach Parker Road Station. (This will be the end of the Dart rail route) Then hop on either Dart bus 211 or 452 and this takes you straight to Headquarters and Legacy Drive.

DART Route for Carrollton and Farmers Branch: When taking the Dart rail, take the green rail line route until you reach North Carrollton /Frankford Station (this will be the end of the Dart rail route). Then hop on Dart bus 534 to bus 347 which takes you to Tennyson Pkwy. From here it is about 1.6 miles walking distance to Windrose Avenue.

Bathrooms are available on all floors inside Legacy Hall, as well as outside in the Box Garden along the East wall to the left and right of the stage.
There are 24 food stalls and 7+ bars. Most food stalls are located on the 1st floor of Legacy Hall, with Sea Breeze on the 2nd floor, Monkey King on the 3rd floor, and Carlton Provisions BBQ outside in the Box Garden. Legacy Hall is a casual, come and go, premium dining experience. A.K.A. we do not have wait service or hosts. Simply grab your favorite menu item and beverage from the stalls and bars, and sit anywhere you like. Seating is available both inside Legacy Hall and outside in the Box Garden; it is first come first serve. Cocktail service is available on occasion.
A Hall Pass is a rechargeable gift card that can be used at any of the 23 food stalls and 7+ bars at Legacy Hall. To purchase a new card or recharge your current card, please visit our helpful Hall Guides at the info desk located on the ground floor of Legacy Hall. You can also check your balance here:
No, but we take all major credit cards and debit cards. We also offer rechargeable gift cards, called Hall Passes, as an alternative to cash payment. Why do you not take cash? We serve many guests a day, therefore speed and safety are top of mind--by eliminating cash we are able to achieve both.
Yes. An elevator is located in the center of the hall and has access to all three floors. The escalator is located next to the elevator and travels up to the second floor.
Yes. Glazed Donut Works, Press Waffle Co., The Juice Bar, FAQ, and Whisk & Eggs are open at 9 a.m. for breakfast.
Yes. Free WiFi is available under “Legacy Hall Guest” with the input of your email or Facebook login.
Yes. There is no shortage of power outlets in Legacy Hall! Most power outlets are located along the bar tops of Bar Main and the Good View Bar as well as along the walls of the second floor. You’re welcome to charge up anywhere for free.
Although we love your furry friends, Legacy Hall is currently not pet-friendly.
Yes. Please feel free to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays with your own homemade dessert. One of our vendors, Everett & Elaine would be happy to create a custom cake and/or cupcakes for your party with us, simply email

You can register for free performances and buy tickets at All tickets to Legacy Hall will be sold via EventBrite. Do not buy from resellers.
All performances are open to the public. It is at your own discretion to bring children.

Your ultimate outdoor beer garden and entertainment venue for live music, special events, and cheering on the home team! The Box Garden holds up to 1,500+ people and has a 600 square foot event stage with a big LED-screen. Find more information here:
Yes. Parties can be hosted in the Box Garden, the third floor Tap Room, outdoor terraces, and the second floor reserved area. These places will accommodate parties of any size. More information about booking groups and parties is linked here:
The Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. is our very own craft brewery with a taproom on the third floor of Legacy Hall. Check out the website:

-Weapons (knives, guns, and anything else that could be considered a weapon)
-Smoking of any kind (e-cigarettes, etc.)
-Illegal substances
-No professional camera equipment or drones without prior approval
-Dog/Cat/Other Animals (unless they are a certified service animal, if so, please bring their paperwork
-No backpacks or oversized bags. Purses and other small holding bags are subject to searches.
-Fake driver's license
-You may dress however you please, but let’s avoid X-Rated attire--i.e. Bottoms, a top and shoes are strongly encouraged. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion due to inappropriate (or offensive) clothing.
Yes. Every Tuesday at 8pm in Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co.’s in the 3rd floor Taproom. Please register at the 3rd floor bar upon arrival.
