Made by hand, minus any scheisse (pardon, our German), these wursts are gluten, soy and dairy-free. They also have zip … ZERO … zilch nitrates, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Meet Chef Joshua Degenhardt

Joshua Degenhardt has taken his family’s classic German recipes, perfected by past generations, and is now proudly sharing them with y’all, his DFW family! He is giving his classic German brats a 21st century update by committing to gluten, dairy, and soy free recipes and even creating a vegan brat. Along with his wife Kristin and their children, they intend to continue sharing authentic German recipes for generations to come.
