The attention to detail Chef Chase LaFerney has brought to the pizza business is indicative of his dedication to the craft. The Cavalli Pizza chain he owns in the Dallas area uses ingredients flown in from Italy, and employs Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani-Certified Pizzaiolis (pizza creators) helping in the shops, meaning that those making the pizzas do so in the same way as in Napoli.
