Owner Brett Curtis and Chef Tim Halls bring 20+ years of friendship and over 50 years of culinary experience to Dock Local, and it shows. Chef Brett has worked with notable concepts like Roy Rogers, Ruby Tuesday and as a Corporate Chef for Nestle. Chef Tim's diverse career has led him from the Executive Chef of the beloved Bavarian Grill German restaurant (in Plano!) to even his own line of Tim's Texas 2-Step BBQ Sauce & Rubs. Together they bring a passion for Southern hospitality and unforgettable food that will have you falling head over "board".
