Chef Chin “Steve” Liang’s restaurant experience began when he first started working at his parent’s restaurant in Taiwan. Once he perfected the art of sushi, the rest was history! Having worked at many premier restaurants in the DFW Metroplex, such as Naan Sushi, Blue Fish and KĀI at Legacy West, Chef Steve is sure to delight your taste buds with his delicacies.
